Dear parents, students, alumni, friends, visitors and supporters:

Welcome to the new and improved Guardian Angels Central Catholic website.  This site is an embodiment of our commitment to communicating as efficiently as possible with all of you.  Created by our webmaster, Lisa Hunke, this website will be monitored and updated by high school students.  I encourage you to explore the different areas of the site.  There is an abundance of information and you will find it contains something about virtually every aspect of GACC.

I consider it a privilege to work in this exceptional faith-based school system.  The mission of the faculty and staff is to inspire all students to reach their fullest potential by learning and leading through Christ.  We have high expectations within the context of a college preparatory curriculum; we strive daily to provide meaningful life lessons.  We expect the best of our students as we get to know and support each individual’s needs.  By working closely with parents, we build partnerships to create a school community that promotes the success of our students.  The field in Beemer, the recently-acquired athletic field near our Activity Center, and the success of Jayfest are all testament to the unwavering commitment, generosity, and faith of our Catholic school community.

I challenge each student to broaden his or her interests by getting involved in activities at GACC.  More importantly, I expect every individual to accept the responsibility of challenging his or her mind every day.

I look forward to this year with a great deal of optimism and confidence as we prepare to embrace the challenges of the 2012-2013 school year.  Everyone should feel confident that we are continually striving to fulfill our mission of inspiring each individual to reach their fullest potential by learning and leading through Christ.

In Christ’s Service
Matthew R. Richardson, Principal
